Is therapy right for me?

This is a decision that you have to make.  I do take on mandated referrals but if you are heare exploring, maybe therapy is a viable option for you.  I have outlined what I do for my clients in various tabs on the website and this could give you a general overview but I feel like therapy is a viable option for those with the courage to seek out information in an attempt to process their problems and or those in need of a little bit of direction as they transition through the stages of life.

Ok, Marriage and Family therapist are Core practitioners and are more than qualified to diagnose and treat severe mental illnesses.  Consider me the holistic option.  I believe in collaborative efforts to care for patients who are also under the care of another healthcare practitioner.  Reme,ber to bring me all pertinent information when you decide to make you appointment for you initial consultation.

Sure, long term studies have found that substance abuse clients treated by MFT's are less likely to relapse when compared to those treated by Substance Abuse Counselors.  More information can be found on the AAMFT website, www,aamft.org.

The price varies depending on the services vetted.  Most standard pricing for Psychotherapy is $135, Life Coaching $50, Family Therapy $135, and Spirtual Counseling is $75.

 

We do have a sliding fee scale and an income based payment plan system.  Please ask about these options prior to your session, as payment are rendered at the initiation phase and sessions are a standard 50 minute interval.

The qualification of the practitioners in regard to education and certifications allow us to do more that any other standard Counseling or Psychotherapy Practice.  So yes we are happy to assist.
